MineTracks has the right to take down any material which you do not own, or that contains uncleared samples, or that is overly offensive.
MineTracks has the right to terminate your account for any misuse of our service, and no refund shall be given on any purchases made on your account.
You are responsible for any legal fees that may arise due to you uploading copyrighted material which you do not own.
All purchases you make are final and a refund will only be given if you do not receive the item that you purchased.
You will be notified if any changes are made to this agreement.
